Collective Capital Investments & Initiatives
Collective Capital is an investment vehicle that channels capital into initiatives and investments that have positive social impact while aiming to generate outsized economic returns.
We are headquartered in London and are predominantly UK focused.
Our mission is to identify and create businesses and opportunities that transform traditional industries while creating both social and economic capital.
Collective Capital’s vision is to mobilise the collective, be it individuals within teams or the broader community, to act in mutually beneficial ways. We aim to establish incentive structures and principles that benefit all participants, stakeholders and society at large.
We invest our capital for the medium to long term, unlocking growth through new venture creation, business improvements and world-class fund opportunities.
We believe that the business model that will define the 21st century is the platform. We aim to unlock the potential of people via platforms whether they be customers, teams or partners. Moreover, we believe that strong business models can be the foundation for real positive change in the world.
We build new digital ventures that aim to transform traditional industries while delivering meaningful social impact. Our areas of focus include education and training, security, leisure and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
We look to buy businesses in the UK’s SME sector with the potential for continued growth. We aim to support management with the resources they need to sustainably build great teams and companies.
